The Pine Lodge
Set in the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside this modern, stylish timber hall with a high vaulted ceiling gives it a light airy feeling that can comfortably seat 120 guests, or up to 300 people standing. It is a beautiful venue for your special day.
The hall is yours, you're free to decorate as you wish and use whichever suppliers you choose.
At the rear of the Hall there is a park, and playground for children to be able to let off steam.
The Hall has a fully equipped kitchen for you or your caterer to prepare the perfect wedding breakfast.

For your evening reception, the Hall converts to a large dance space 300 guests to share your first dance.
There is a car park at the front of the Hall and more space at the rear. You may wish to welcome them outside with drinks, in a marquee in the park depending on the weather.

Wedding Reception package
We have crafted a Wedding Reception Package to help make sure your big day is everything you are dreaming of.
Our package includes hire of the Main Hall; the kitchen with catering facilities; tables, chairs, glasses crockery and cutlery for up to 120 people for the whole weekend. The hall hire includes time for set up on the Friday evening before, the entire Saturday of the wedding, and tidying up time on the Sunday morning. The package costs £1,500 .
The Hall is managed by volunteers so we do not have dedicated staff on-site, which helps us to keep your costs down. There is no VAT, corkage or other hidden costs.
